Very unhappy!!! Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Unlimited Sport and this the very first new vehicle I have ever purchased!!! Purchased in late December, 2014 at approx $38k and it has been at the dealership 3 times already!! Water was pouring in the driver floor on any rainy day and then twice since owning it the windows will not roll down and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out why!!! At one point the driver floormat at an inch or more of water in it!!! Take it to dealership and the service tech advised me that yes they confirmed it leaks but they don't see any bent seals or broken seals so they just couldn't do anything cause they could not find out why!!! Oh and then the electric windows not rolling down at times well nothing they can do about that either I just need to bring I it up there when they won't roll down again???? REALLY ???? So they did absolutely nothing!!! What, I guess I'm just suppose to live with it not to mention the carpets will prevent u from sitting in it come a warm tn summer so guess I paid a lot of money for nothing? Funny though, I had an 2007 Chevy trailblazer before purchasing the jeep and never had to do anything except regular maintenance to it so I bet u can count on me going back to a unit I know I can depend on and the sad fact that it was 2 years old when purchased says a lot to able the difference between a Chevy and a Jeep!!!! And to think we were looking to purchase a brand new dodge snatch truck.... Well guess we can change those plans too and start looking at other makes for sure!!! U got us once but it won't happen again!!! I have never been so disappointed in my life!!!?
