Original Comment I Am Responding To The Customer Service That I Have Received Through Boost Mobile. First Of All I Switched My Phone Service From Cincinnati Bell To Boost Mobile. I Was Quoted A Price Of $25.00 Plus $5.00 For Insurance, Monthly. A Total Of $38.00 Or So Per Month. My Phone (kyocera) Has Been Acting Up, Cutting Off While In Middle Of Converstions. I Went To The Phonzz Store, Cincinnati, Ohio On Linn St. On Friday April 3, 2015. I Was Told That I Did Infact Have Insurance, And Then Again Not. I Was Trying To Explain This And The Clerk Told Me To Go Back Where I Came From, When I Refused To Purchase Another Phone. I Am Highly Upset About This And Would Like Something To Be Done About This. Numerous People Have Complained On And On About This Store.
