Original Comment I have a very serious problem and there seems to be no help in sight! Face book, I am so ashamed of you! You are conveniently never availeable and the phone numbers, the few that you do provide are an absolute JOKE! But I am not laughing!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am trying to start a business and be a responsible adult! I started an ad on a fb page on around February 1st. I had $60 to spend. After which time, I closed the ad...or so I thought! Fb continued to take money from my bank account and then when my account was depleted and over drawn (all this without my knowing), they sent me a message saying that I owed them money!! You can imagine my shock! I am not a computer wiz, but did a few things, cut my losses and thought I fixed the problem. Well, about a week ago I recieved a message from you saying, Thank you for your payment, your ad will resume. What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I immediately began to try to find a way to get ahold of some one, a real person, some one who actually cared, some one responsible and understanding, some one who could FIX this problem. HA! I am so frustrated that I don't know what to do. I have even considered calling pre paid legal! I called my bank and found out that my account is in the negative by almost $100!! and they have charged me multiple overdraft fees! I am a hard working, law abiding citizen. I do not have entitlement issues or think the world owes me a living, and don't understand those who are that way,... but anyway, I am trying to start a business and have spent the last couple of weeks losing money because I can't figure this problem out and have been spending precious time trying to. Can you see my frustration? You are a multi- what kazillion dollar entity and I am living just below poverty level! I have been trying for weeks to find some one to talk to! I realize that you are a large company, but so far your customer service leaves a lot to be desired!!!!! As I said earlier, I am not good at the computer and realize that there could be a very simple explanation and it very well could be something that I did wrong, but I sure would like a chance to find out! Even if this is the case though, no one should have to go through what I have gone through to try to talk to some one and fix a problem!!!!!!!!!!!My account is still being charged!
