Original Comment Unless you find yourself in a travel pinch, stay as far away from United Airlines as possible. They love the &quot;Bait and Switch&quot; as it is their easy way of making a buck. They sell what looks like a good deal for Business Class, then stuff you into Coach and when you try to get a refund, come back and tell you that you purchased a &quot;special&quot; ticket that only allows an upgrade to business class if available.<br /> I did that, for a family vacation, and ended up with me and my two kids sitting in different section of coach. They lost my luggage, and cancelled my return trip on top of it. When I contacted them for a refund, I was initially told no because I had &quot;upgradeable&quot; tickets, when in fact I had by seat reservations. They tried to make me go away by offering me $150 discount on my next trip. HA!! I will not be flying these jokers again. I now see why these morons no longer have a customer complaint line.
