Original Comment I went to Rue 21 in Mt.pleasant Mi Store 01045 and purchased over $50 worth of product in the store. Then I told the cashier LEILANI that I needed to use the restroom because I was handicap with MS AND IT EFFECTS MY BLADDER AND SHE SAID THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO LET ME . There was only 4 people in the store and she and another worker were just standing at the counter. Then my daughter purchased items in there and they took her email for coupons but they never asked me. Then I couldn't find my car keys up at the counter they were left and do you think they would help me with that no. I was ready to call the police for stolen keys when they said well maybe their in the shorts they suggested to me at the last minute which they were. Thank god. My daughter loves the place but I really don't think id come back to that kind of service.UNSATISFIED EMPLOYEE SERVICE
