WORST CELL COMPANY EVER. If you are considering switching to Cricket-do yourself a favor and don't. Trust me on this one. Not only is the coverage awful (although their commercials claim to have 97% coverage in the US-what a lie), the customer service is even worse. Here's the telephone number of someone from Corporate. Call him and see if he follows up on your complaint-I guaranty that he won't. His numbe. His name is Gregory.
