Original Comment Yahoo has a serious customer service problem and they don't seem to care. You search for yahoo customer service and you are bombarded with fraudsters. Why doesn't yahoo put a customer service tab on it's home page so that their users have ready access to their assistance. I'm about ready to stop using yahoo and go to MSN or AOL !
