Original Comment I have shopped at the Sam's club in Colorado for several years and today arrived at about 915n. I was told rudely by the door greeter that I am not a preferred customer and can not come until ten. I have never been a preferred customer and have come as early as the door opening and she has let me in before no comment. I was unaware that this rule applied. She said there have been complaints from the folks that pay more for an upgrade benefit. I decided to count how many folks were in the store as she said just this time I could go because I was unaware of the rules. Nine folks in the store. I don't believe I impeded their shopping. She had to make one more comment on the way out of the store.<br /> Someone might want to train this greeter on diplomacy in interactions with customers.<br /> It will be a long time if ever I return to this store.
