Original Comment Regarding the Annapolis, MD Sam's Club pharmacy. 1st let me say that this pharmacy used to be the very best in the Annapolis area! Since the remodel of the pharmacy dept. the service has deteriorated to an unacceptable and unbelievable level. The new counter associates are very close to brain dead and could care less about servicing customers. One particular new associate seems to be sleeping on her feet and carries on personal conversations with associates walking past the counter as though you were not even there! Prescriptions submitted from my doctors office are lost and to make it worse they claim it was never submitted until suddenly they find it in the mess of papers at the counter. Something clearly need to be done both with the counter people hired AND the people doing the hiring. We are now looking to make a change to another pharmacy.
