my name is Karen L Wilson I missed placed my card about 5 weeks ago, after calling the bank that is in charge of your accounts I was suppose to be set up with a new card. I was told it would take 5-10 working=g days. after waiting more than 2 weeks I called again and was told that the person handling the process never pushed the card through to mail. she proceeded to fed-ex me my new card which I received in 2 days. I went back to Sams club this past week to find out that my card did not work. the people there were really nice but I was very annoyed that this had to happen. they called the bank again to find out that my credit was never pushed to my card so now I have to wait again for a new card. This is not acceptable to me or anyone else. The bank is reckless and inconsiderate with employees that need to be taught what to do. I felt you at the corporate level should know what I went through.
