Original Comment My name is Felicia Brewer. I was banned from renting cars through your corporation. I had let my uncle use the vehicle and he got it impounded. I took your Tulsa agency two weeks before they picked up the vehicle racking a total of 1400 dollars in charges. It was paid by my bank. I had a conflict in the manner in which everything took place. I was told I would be notified when the vehicle was going to be picked up and what I would be responsible for. I was never contacted, the bill was just sent to my bank. I don't understand why it took your corporation so long to get the vehicle in the first. You received you money so why was I banned?
