Original Comment Visited my first SAMs Club store today. I understand why CostCo is crushing SAMs. Not only are there disconnects in the quality of SAMs club food court area and goods available; but the more serious disparities are seen in employees and managers. With so many employees and communities depending upon your stores, I was taken aback by the poor shopping experience. I won't be going back to your store; there is explanation meaningful enough, there is no coupon worth enough to compel us to visit your store in the future. But as a long-time manager and business owner, I am reaching out to you in hopes that these comments will reach someone who is concerned about the future of SAMs Club, it's employees and its customers.
