To Whom it Concerns-<br /> <br /> I wanted to share a recent experience I had with your mail order department in regards to a refill that is needed to assist in staying alive and required daily intake. I ordered my refill on line 4/18 and with no explanation to the delay in processing the refill request; the script did not mail until 4/26 with regular mail as the option. I had spoke with a young lady on 4/22 to inquire where my script was and she advsd she would expedite the script and shipping. I have no meds left, no script on file locally to fill as I always utilize mail order. A supverisor today applied a credit to now offset my cost to refill locally after I have to have doctor call in which was extremely time consuming and resulted in a cost to myself with no fault to me in regards to the delay. I will be addressing this matter with our Corporate Liason as this is totally unacceptable.
