I purchased 2, 1500.00 Gazebo's on 4/20/16. I took 1 home with me but was unable to fit the 2nd into my vehicle. I was told that the 2nd could be delivered for a fee and I accepted I was told that delivery would take place on 4/22/16. On 4/22/16 truck driver called me to tell me he was running late and would I be able to re-schedule to 4/25/16 and I agreed. On 4/25/16 someone called to tell me there was no stock. Meanwhile on 4/22/16, truck driver had product on his truck. I called both delivery company and Sam's Club in Severn Md where I purchased product. Everyone promised to investigate and get back to me, no one at any time got back to me. On subsequent calls to store, employees said that there was a product laying there in store but no one called me to resolve the problem. I called 2x today to speak to Store Manager and was put on hold each time for 20 minutes before I hung up to call back. Mind you the missing product is paid in full as no one from Sam's Club will inform me what to do. If this is not incompetence and totally lack of respect for your customer then this is a crime and I guess handled by the police for thief. This is the first experience for Sam's Club and apparently my last. Costco here I come.
