June 13, 2016

On November 4,2015, I purchased 4 tires from Sam's Club in Valdosta, GA. Lee Maluda, a friend put what I couldn't afford on her credit card I have Multiple Sclerosis and it is imperative that I have good tires so I can be taken where I need to go. On June 11, 2016, while driving, my left rear tire completely separated and through me into a spin and in the ditch. I went to Sam's Club in Valdosta, Ga to have the tire replaced and was told I had to buy a Sam's Club Membership to have the tire replaced because my friend, who used her card, wasn't available to go with me. I live on disability and couldn't afford to do this but I didn't have an option, I had to have a tire. I had a spare and it was on the car. Therefore, I ended up having to buy a membership and pay for a new warranty, which I already purchased on the previous tire. It should be binding on the new tire. I go to the library to get on computer and this has been a fiasco. The people 2 the Sam's club were rude and playing games at the service desk like they were at a party. Never seen such actions at a business facility. The only one who was very responsive was the gentleman putting on my tire.
