In leading a call team myself, I can honestly say that Sam's Club.com customer services is the worst customer service/call center I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on 8-7-16 in the amount of $2600+ which included a wall mount and TV. I continued to watch the status of the order and noticed nothing was progressing. I contacted the call center on 8-9-16 and was told the wall mount had shipped. It had not; just a Fed Ex tracking number due to the label being created. The associate treated me like I was stupid and unaware of how things work with Fed Ex. Little did he realize we process over 500 Fed Ex orders a month. He also advised me that the TV would arrive by the 19th. I reviewed the order again today and the TV ordered remained in the same status as it has since the 7th; "initialized with the shipping group". I again contacted the number for "assistance" and spoke with a representative that advised me that the TV will arrive by the 19th and that it had been shipped. In frustration, I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor stated that she sees the TV is on back order with no idea when it will be available. She confirmed it had not shipped. I asked to cancel the TV position of the order and receive my funds back. She advised me they don't have the funds as they are just "pending" and I will have to wait to receive the TV when it becomes available and return it. She could not cancel it. I have worked in the banking and finance industry for over 20 years. I am aware of how to read my account and can confirm that my bank has removed the $2698+ from my account. Yet I have no TV. Someone will correct this one way or the other. I would hope that Sam's corporate would considering the amount of money we have spent at our local club including $7000 for a ring less than 3 weeks ago. I would also hope that Sam's club would consider the caliber of people they employ and the apparent lack of training and knowledge they offer to their staff. The leaders at the call center are just as rude and unwilling to give a damn as the associates. Great Customer Service starts at the top.
