Original Comment I am writing in response to a negative experience I had on 6 Dec 16 at your Marburg location in Cincinnati Ohio. At approximately 1020 I was paying for my supplies and decided to get a piece of pizza. I approached the counter and asked how long before the pizza would be ready and she replied you can get a hot dog and I will get to the pizza when I get time. The lady that helped me pay for my goods told me that she would put a pizza in the oven for me. Afterwhich, the lady behind the counter started talking loud, saying that I told them I did not have time to make the pizza because I was short of help and that usually the member understands when I tell them that and on and on and on for over 15 minutes. Two supervisors tried to calm but to no avail. She was loud, obnoxious and completely unprofessional. There were two supervisors and one manager that did absolutely nothing to defuse the situation. She should not have been allowed to rant and rave for over 15 minutes, drawing attention to herself and the lack of supervision. She should have been removed from her position and disciplined. By the looks of, it Im sure this was not her first outburst. I usually do not write comments but felt compelled to do so. I hope there is not a repeat of yesterdays experience or I will need to cancel my membership with your club and obtain one from Costco. Thanks
