Original Comment Today which is 12-12-16 I received a letter stating that I had to purchase a new phone. Well, let me tell you first of all I just can't go out and buy a new phone. I am 76 years old and live on a limited budget and can't afford a new phone because the 2g Network will no longer be in service. There was also a deal where you activate the new phone, transfer your service and get 90 Service Days and 200 bonus minutes. Well because of the snowstorm in the Southern Tier we got 18 inches of snow and mail was late, therefor the deal has expired. I honestly think you should send me a new phone and the deal that was offered. I don't think this is fair and like I stated I just cannot afford to go buy a new phone.
