I made an online order, twice was shopped and fond damaged by carrier and returned, first order was Oct 15 and second order was Nov 7, then I requested a refund, for 2 weeks now I have called customer many times but always I have to same the same story over and over again, no one can tell me why I did not get my refund yet, most of them do not know anything or what to do, it is being escalated and still getting no were with costumer service <br /> <br /> I don't know what to do or whom to call you have my money and no one is welling to give it back
