Original Comment Your chat department is a farce. They beat around the bush and refuse to answer my questions. Last time I tried to obtain an email address as a reply to an email they sent me got rejected. Online site does not give any email address so I was forced to contact chat for the email address. I spent well over 45 minutes trying to get that and was asked stupid questions avoiding what I asked for. It was obvious they were not going to give that information to me. So I am going to send the saved chat on to the corporate office with a complaint about their chat system. This was not the first time I got the runaround.
