Original Comment I have written to corporate and have not received a reply. Your company has totally changed when Sam Walton started it as I was then selling products to you as well.<br /> Your stores are not friendly any longer, nor can you reach them on the phone. I can usually reach the pharmacy, none other I have tried today for over an hour to different stores in different states. NO ANSWER.<br /> Something is terribly wrong in management as your staff is totally untrained, could not care as a minimum wage job or else store management could care less.<br /> I know one of your store managers by the name of Flowers and she is still at your Palm Desert, CA store.<br /> I am terrible unhappy with the overall service and your now new practice of bringing in products with no restrictions on purchase and allowing people to walk out with5-10-20 packages which they a re turning around and selling to the public as they run out within an hour.<br /> <br /> <br /> Stop this practice immediately and service the public as Sam did for years and years. NOT like this. This is unacceptable to your customers.
