Original Comment If your going to have a NO RETURN policy because of the virus, don't you think it would be better to post the flyers telling the customers that on the floor and not at the register ? The flyer is not presented correctly at the register you don't even know it's there so I went to return something today actually just to exchange and wasn't allowed to do that even though the package was sealed it was underwear I understand why you're doing what you're doing but it should've been better handled especially with the rudeness of your employee who told me that we're not exchanging nothing ! That's exactly how she said it to me and directing me to the flyer that was taped to the counter at the register I'm sure like myself nobody even noticed that flyer when they were checking out it needs to be posted throughout the store not at the register !
