Original Comment I had an electric can opener of your that wasn't working properly , so I sent it back to be evaluated and they said it wasn't working properly, but it was out of warranty so they kept it now I have to use a manual one with neuropathy in both hands due to cancer treatments , they offered to sell me one with a discount but it was more expensive with the discount than I could purchase one on line with free shipping, I think this a awful way to treat a customer !!!!!
