Original Comment I will no longer be a Terminix customer. My house has been under a termite contract since before I purchased 26 years ago. Terminix treated damage found during home inspection and later treated the house for live infestation. In addition, a wall and molding had to be replaced. I have documented damage found to my stair treads and some wall headers. Terminix is claiming they are not responsible since there is no evidence of live termites. How can you not be responsible when you have been inspecting my home annually and were responsible for treatment for my home the entire time I have lived here. Either your technicians missed damage over the course of years or my warranty is useless. In any case, I have reported this issue to the Better Business Bureau and am no longer paying my premium. Terminix has let me down.
