Hello! <br /> <br /> I want to start by telling you that this pains me to have to send this type of comment. I have had trouble at this store off Nelson Way in Katy. From issues of shelves not being stocked, getting bad meat on more than one occasion and now with a special order of goats milk for my puppies. I rely as a breeder of AKC Show puppies on this store to have goats milk in stock for me. I text Gary Boyd personally that I needed goats milk for 2 litters of puppies mid-July. I told him in a text that I need 8-10 half gallons a week. <br /> <br /> Well, yesterday I placed an order through Shipt and there was no goats milk to be found. I text Gard Boyd about it and he went to the cooler and found 37 units. It was in an odd place and it took awhile for him and Randall to find. <br /> <br /> My shopper had already left they get in trouble if they don't deliver ithe order on time. So, I placed an order again today for a case of goats milk. Guess what-same story. I had to again text this evening to Gary Boyd about NO Goats Milk in the store. I called HEB and asked for a manager. I was told there was no manager on duty. I was transferred to Moody. I told Moody what happened yesterday. I asked him to please go to the cooler and look. He did and after awhile he found it behind the eggs. This tells me that no one stocked the shelf. Also, why wasn't this milk moved to the area where it was suppose to be? Does this make sense after the day before it taking a GM and the grocery manager to go look for it? For GOD SAKES, take some responsibility!! <br /> <br /> I got a response from Gary Boyd saying that he was on the phone with someone regarding this, after I text him and called to speak to Moody. Moody was on the phone with me not, him. <br /> <br /> Here's my issue: if I have to text a GM of a store on the same issue 2 days in a row; there's a HUGE problem. Then then GM tells me to not to text him if I have a problem. He's the one who gave me his number to text him if I have a problem. What kind of crap is this?? <br /> <br /> He said, Shipt doesn't ask for a manager. That's not always true. In fact, if they are missing something on my order I ask them to ask a manager and tell me their name. Gary Boyd also told me that he can't be there everyday or hour. I agree but, he's solely responsible for how his people are trained, how his store runs and HE was directly responsible for this issue. He tried to tell me the Shipt doesn't do a good job and I should use HEB. I don't use HEB delivery because its hard to use the app. It's not as user friendly as Shipt. Why does he bad mouth Shipt? I'm still buying groceries from HEB. In fact, I buy a ton of groceries from this store. <br /> <br /> I also, hear from many Shipt shoppers that this particular location isn't like the Cross Creek, South Fry Road or Highland Knolls store. I agree. I always see shelves stocked and friendly people at the other locations. I LOVE HEB. This GM-Gary Boyd is rude and blames everyone else for things that are happening in his store. He doesn't ever apologize for a problem. He looks to others for blame and that's not what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is about. I would like for someone to go and monitor this store. They need to get it together or people will go else where, including myself.
