Original Comment Avis has undoubtedly the WORST customer service department of anyone I have ever experienced in my life. An employee left a box in the back of the rental return that had $1,000 worth of parts in it. The box was not recovered, meaning the rental place did not clean the car, NOR did they disinfect it for the next customer. The car went back out the next morning but they didnt' SEE the box in the back of the SUV. It was a large box with two alternators in it. That was two weeks ago and still haven't had any contact with anyone that speaks English that has any idea what to do.
