He immediately came to my assistance, comforted me in my distress (I am a senior citizen) And immediately solved my issues, and went way beyond the call of duty to make my H-E-B shopping experience a good one for my Thanksgiving holiday<br /> <br /> I cannot praise him enough for being an exceptional employee and representing your company in an Incredible way! Please let his store manager and regional manager know what an exceptional person and employee he is!<br /> <br /> Thank you so much Charlotte
