Original Comment I was hoping to give my kids a party tonight after ordering close to 90$ worth of food from Pizza Hut in Opp,Al,but the night mangager,Emily,was very rude on the phone and when I went to address how rude she was to me. Upon entering I realized she was having a full blown casual conversation with a customer while the store had 6 people in it. It was at that point I realized why I was kept on hold over the phone for 15 minutes. She didn't want to provide corporate number either. She need to be re oriented concerning managerial behavior as well as good quality customer service ,or be fired!
