I suggest, It's mostly themselves.<br /> I am a customer service/sales consultant. I can safely say that they win the award for the poorest customer serve company of any that I have done business with.<br /> Shame on them! Also, I'm pretty sure I have purchased my last Cuisinart product.<br /> I prefer to buy from vendors that say they care and mean it!
