Original Comment Was shopping my local Sam's club on 3/6/21. I was looking at a "Fromt porch swing" that they had for $99.98. Didn't get it, but went back in on Monday 3/8/21 to pick one up. They were all out. Spoke with manager to make sure that maybe they didn't have some in the back room. He said that they did not. He suggested that they probably had them online, and proceeded to look it up. When it popped up, the price was $179.00. I said, "How's that????" He said he didn't know why that was. Called Sam's corporate on 3/10. Explained everything to the gentleman on the phone. He put me on hold. Came back and said that they could/would not honor the price of $99.98. I couldn't really make heads or tails of the reason, as he literally stumbled through his words, and finally said "They have policies". ??????? Wow!! Goodbye Sam's, Hello Costco!
