Original Comment WORST BANK EVER! I am a beneficiary on an account, the executor and trustee on my moms estate -gave branch all docs 2 times over, asked for a final statement, told to fax my request, branch cant do that, I fax all docd, just got them back with a new autogenerated letter asking for the same docs to mail or fax again. Plus what gives the Bank the right to HOLD funds , that are suppose to be distributed to rightful owner, for over 2 weeks, then they say they will mail me a check....regular mail??????????
