Original Comment I was in your store 3200 Brentwood Brentwood rd. N.E oday at 4:30 picking up my husband medicine and placing a bakery order when leaving your store before reaching the customer service desk I slid and fell there was ice and water on the floor I was able to keep from injuring myself badly. There was a youngman dressed in black asking if I was ok. By me having to get to my son and get my husband medicine to him I could not file a report but once I reached home I tried calling so I could file one. Customer service answered the phone saying I should have got a manager and filed a report and since I didn't do that he doubt it if they could do anything about it but he would transfer me to his manager. I never stated not one time that I was trying to do anything legally he just assumed. I know that regardless a report should still be filled to protect the store. So after leaving me on hold and the phone kept bouncing back to him until he hung up on me. You see I also would in the retail business but the way I was treated was very unprofessional. I'm the one in my bed in pain from this fall trying to be a godly person by filing the report I wasn't asking for nothing but because of the way I was treated on this phone would make a average person changed there mine.
