Original Comment I'm a professional truck driver and I frequent the Exxon at 103 Campbell loop drive hattisburg Mississippi. I just recently joined the Exxon rewards app. and when I go in to complete my transaction they don't even ask if I have a reward card just cash me out and I've lost out on points on 2 occasions this week and last week spending over 300$ each time. Only one of the fuel pumps is working need some attention. They lock the back door and drivers have to walk around to the front door. To be honest I'm not sure but I truly believe the cashiers are collecting the truck drivers points and I have other drivers that are saying the same thing is happening to them. Workers need customer service training. On July 22,2021 a cashier came out and knocked on the driver door and used profanity telling the driver that her manager said to get the **** of the property and don't come back this type of situation shouldn't be happening at no point PLEASE HELP US TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE THANKS
