Original Comment I broke my rods and screws in my ankle and gave la fitness a doctor notice saying I am able to workout. Today they still billed 10/28/20201 me and laying up with a cast on just had the surgery on 10/15/2021. I have to go.to rehab and everything. I probably want be able to perform any workout until next year. I ask them why they billed me I gave them a letter from doctor. Now they tell me it has to be by a MD NOT A PHD also it has to say permanent disable. This is so crazy they going to continue to.bill me when I can't work with no personal trainer. I broke my arm with rods and screws with wasn't healing and broke my ankle rods and screws. They are that hungry for someone money..wow. I am going to take this matter to court.
