Original Comment New Castle County Head Start In Newark, Delaware sent a service letter out to Krispy Kreme to verify employment of one of your former employees. The Manager called us asking why. she had no clew what the letter was asking because she hadn't read it. She was directed to start at the top and read it. She then said the employee quit and why did we send it. She was from Tennessee and in her words she don't know nothing about that unquote. A service letter is sent to an employer to verify an employee worked for them and the reason for the separation. This manager is totally clueless
