Original Comment I am super dissatisfied with my brand new 2021Jeep Compass. I purchased the Jeep at the if August 2021 and at 700 miles the car starting jerking me into second gear. I took the car in for servicing. They claim they reset something and now at 1200 miles the caris jerking me into second gear yet again. I tried working with a case manager , Bernice, to no avail. She sent me an email with my case number and said Jim from Merrick jeep would be reaching out to me. It is nis 2 weeks later and I have not heard from Jim. In addition I have emailed Bernice twice and left her a voice mail and she had not got back to me. I will NEVER recommend anyone buy a Jeep as they obviously not stand behind their crappy car. I will be raising this issue next with my attorney.
