Original Comment This company has shown its true colors and proven to care nothing for its customers. They hold money from accounts that should not be and then take forever to fix the issue. The people who actually can do anything are not reachable. At akl.. that is exactly what I was told by customer service. Whom apparently can pretty much only answer the phone and tell you they are not the ones who can do X,Y or Z.This company has single handedly ruined my holiday by not releasing funds that are for Christmas gifts for my children. If you're smart and like to keep your money then look elsewhere for the services supplied by this company. Thank you for the unnecessary stress and for the embarrassment, sorry I didn't get you anything this year kids, Venmo is holding the money I need for your gifts.. not sure that's a viable answer Christmas morning. Theu can't even keep the promise they make of contacting you with in 24 hours.. just bad business all around. I hope their holiday is as great as mine now... again Venmo thanks.. my only mistake was trusting this company.. qnd now I am going to paynfor their incompetence. I will be filing complaints with my states AG office and the BBB
