Original Comment I'm very unhappy with how I've been treated at Jenkins in Homosassa, Fl. In 4 months I bought 2 Jeep's. Paid cash for both. I spent over 120,000 in 4 month!! The second Jeep I took back to dealership after 2 days to make an appointment because one of the running lights did not work and also had a strong smell of gas. When I finally got an appointment I was back in Illinois so had to go to different Jeep dealership. Tyson in Shorewood, very nice people. They told me that a rodent chewed through the gas line. I called Jenkins and the manager agreed to reimburse me after I paid the other dealership which was fine. It has been 3 weeks since, I have not received my reimbursement and when I call the manager Matthew Wilson is always busy, I leave a message and also emailed him and get no response. Very displeased with the way I'm being disregarded.
