Original Comment Had the worst experience ever at your Braintree Mass location . The manager John was completely rude and should not be in a management position anywhere. I sent my first fajitas dinner back as the steak on it was so fatty n chewy I could not eat it . He took that charge off then the dinner I reordered was with shrimp and chicken . It was all the previous chicken and rice and the rice was burnt and chicken was overdone I have pictures to prove it . The manager charged me for this dinner the shrimp was not cooked thoroughly so I never really ate why was I charged for dinner period? I will never eat at your establishment again and I expect a full letter of apology from the President of Chilis as well as your disrespectful manager !!
