Original Comment Not a happy car buyer- with the purchase of our Chevrolet equinox we were told free oil changes for life are included. This now being the second time we scheduled an appointment to be called and told you cannot accommodate that schedule any longer. This pushes us once again to find a third party and spend $100 for an oil change. Is this a joke. Is this something you promise your customers with no intention of fulfilling. I do not want a customer service representative contacting me , I want management and i demand action to be done. I will go to the highest person possible. My number is 760-643-7908. Be true to your customers. Your Escondido service center is a joke. My scheduled appointment was for 12/26 @ 8am . I will be there at that time and expect to be serviced.
