Original Comment I waited in the drive through at 28999 5 Mile Rd Livonia 48154 for 40 minutes with only one car ahead of me. They had one teller. When I inquired why, two different women in the bank came to the window that was not the teller. Why couldn't one of them handle the drive thru? Instead I got them conversing and laughing inside with the teller about me. That branch is ridiculous. It is frustrating to spend that much time to make a deposit. Are the additional people inside not able to fill in as a teller. If so, how ridiculous. They were taking the people that walked in before they were talking the drive thru. There has always been problems at that branch. I will not be ridiculed by your employees. I will simply withdrawal and close my accounts and go to a credit union or different bank institution.
