Original Comment I can't believe how F*up boost mobile has become.they traded service for representation.all I listen to is a bunch of foreign operators that try to make you sound stupid while you try to give them valued information and help negate any issue involving your account info.all the jobs that real Americans need are being used by people that hate Americans.puppet masters.i tried activating an account and haven't had any luck for almost a week.paid 7 times in activation fees and hardware for the account and they keep secretly overcomplicating it.just a mockery of trust.never thought I would be expecting refund after refund.its petty but something's people do just to get a highlight reel.make it worse is that they give you the run around in the phone to speak with a supervisor.you have to get clearance from the person your making complaints about now? WTF!?!?
