Original Comment I went to your store at the location 10119 New Hampshire ave Silver spring Md 20903<br /> I was greeted by a young woman and I told her I went to the website and your company<br /> website states my phone was supported for service to the Boost network. I went into <br /> my bag and gave her the phone it was off she asked me if I had a charger, I told her <br /> to turn it was fully charged, I had planed on purchasing a spare from the store if they<br /> had them in stock. She turned on the phone and told me it was old a not 5G supported, <br /> I told her I was not concerned with that and the website stated they supprted my model,<br /> She said to me why did I get the service from the website, in a rude manner she was plucking <br /> my phone screen and I asked her not to do that! She suggested that I purchase a 5G phone,<br /> I told her please donn't spend my money and give me the service I asked for! She said If <br /> I wasn't satisfied with her service go the internet and get it!
