Ticket 40056 Chilis on 17928 Halsted street, Homewood, il 60430<br /> I ordered the 3 for me. My burger entree was super dry and burnt.<br /> I called customer service and waited over 15 minutes for a manager to come to the phone. I eventually had to hang up, she never came to the phone. I am 8 months pregnant with twins and was really looking forward to a great dinner. I am soo disappointed that my food was terrible!
