im very upset by this bank of the America ..I lookin for legal help in this problem ..the account on this house that is for foreclouse have been done yep I stop payn on the mortgage October 2010 I went on bankrose on april 2011 the account is on last year November the city sherrif send a 30 days notice I move out ..but let people on this house livin on it from other floor this peoples don't pay rent either to me o the bank why I have to response for any city problem regarding to this house when the bank got me out im tire of this matter im movin out of the state very soon because that what I want to do.. I hope a response for this problem other than city lookin for me

Bank of America filed two liens at time we first financed our home. They admit it was an error of and caused by BOC bot we are bing punished. We are in the process of refinancing our mtg with another institution but need BOA to correct your mistake as we have been approved by other company since jan to no avail. Each time we go in and spend still another hour or two speaking with rep. We are promised it will be taken care of in 72 hours which in itself is absurd. Even so this 72 hour period has come and gone numerous times. I called corp office number which is no longer a working number! Please avoid any connection with the mega bank who have no customer service or help line or integrity.

I am putting this up due to the way Bank of America has treated us. If I had known the way I would be treated, I would never have done business with them. First they settled on an amount, we had already told them we couldn't afford, did that faze them no. So when we fell behind, do they work with us,NO. We contacted them to do a loan modification, DID WE GET ANY HELP, ONCE AGAIN NO!! They kept sending us paperwork, THAT MYSTERIOUSLY GOT LOST, WAIT FOR IT, 5 DIFFERENT TIMES!!! And once they sent someone to our home to pick the paperwork up AND YES, THAT TOO WAS LOST. So just recently they another packet to us, wanting more proof of our financial situation and when my Husband responded to that, what is their response. TO SIC THEIR CORPORATE ATTORNEYS ON US TO THREATEN US. why??? This is on them. THEY WON'T SPEAK TO US, THEY NEVER HAVE FROM DAY ONE. AND IF THEY THINK I AM GOING TO PUT UP WITH BEING THREATENED, THEY ARE SADLY MISTAKEN!!! I am going to fight them to the end on this. I SHOULDN'T BE SURPRISED THEY ARE LIKE EVERY OTHER BIG CORPORATION, THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE.THAT IS WHY THIS WORLD GOING TO HELL IN A HAND BASKET, QUITE SIMPLY GREED!!! And anyone in the Ohio area, I would not do busines with them they are a bunch of crooks and liars. To be specific, Twinsburg, Ohio.

I'm a Private Investigator & had a client from whom police seized a little over a grand when the client was arrested. When booked into jail the document which must be filed in order to get the money back during civil asset forfeiture proceedings was taken from her and placed on her property. Most of the cash had been withdrawn from the bank ATM the day before her arrest. She signed a request/release seeking a copy of her most recent statement to be given to her attorney/investigator. The release is in a format acceptable to all other financial institutions and for medical/psychiatric records. Bank of America insisted that their customer/my client execute the release in front of a Notary. This was impossible given the court deadline. A supoena was served on the bank manager ordering the manager to appear in court with the requested statement. Despite four days notice B of A legal department called after office hours the evening before the hearing to say they needed at least another week to try and obtain the records. The bank manager failed to appear in court as ordered, but since the client entered a guilty plea an arrest of the manager for contempt was not ordered. In the meantime, a little more than a week later, B of A legal called to say that despite the client's full name, mailing address, date of birth, social security number and the number on her ATM card, they were unable to connect all that information to her checking account. My opinion, after 36 plus years in law enforcement and 14 years as a Private Investigator is that B of A is either totally incompetent or a pack of liars. What a lack of concern for their client that they could not produce the client's statement which would show a large direct deposit and prove that the money seized was not income from [petty] drug sales. I had no dog in this race but I am cancelling my relationship with Bank of America because I do not do business with any company who is either incompetent or treats customers in the manner described. For the record, I think persons convicted of drug possession or sales should be punished under the law. But confiscation of personal property without due process when the party is unable to appear in court in a civil proceeding because they are serving a sentence is... well you think about it.

I went through the process of loan modification with Bank of America for approximate three years. I finally received the paper work for trial period plan mortgage payments in amount of $ 1,873.31 starting 06/01/2012 and last payment ending in 08/01/2012. I made the three payment and was informed to continued to make the payment until I receiver my paperwork for the modification within 30 to 45 days'. I called 60 days later to informed Bank of America that I didn't received my loan modification and I was informed that my paper work was processed wrong and they have to reprocess my paper work and I will received my load modification around end of September.
End of September came and went with no paper work; then I was put in a rock in a hard place by the city of Virginia Beach with my vehicle property tax. I didn't know that I had to have all of my vehicles property tax paid before I can get my tags done. I called the number that I had on my sheet and I think I spoke with the lady who handled my account. I was told that they would check on why it was taking so long with your loan modification so I said no problem.
The end of November came then I ran into problems my refrigerator, deep freezer that needs replacing, my wife car broke down. So I called and left a message that I won't be able to make that payment due to one income I have to fixed and replace the following refrigerator, deep freezer, my wife car. Then two day after I called my heating unit went down, so I had to repair that.
So Bank of America called my lawyer and informed them I had to make the payment or they will start foreclosure. I informed my lawyer that I'm in a rock and a hard place with no heat. Need to replace refrigerator, deep freezer, and need to repair my wife.
I need to start the following paper work Deed in Lieu.

i'm loren j stang i received an email on mon nov30 2009 this is the most eklusive email i have ever chased and noone want s to give me an answer This email iunvolved an i8,million 500 hundred thousand authorized release to me by the department of state and the worldbnk swiss dully registerted with home land security .. there wasatime not long ago i was contacted to send money and i could get thisfund delivered to me ... i haveasked numerious people why i can't get a response to my requests ... iam there for askingif someone hads any recordswhT HAPP4NEDTO THA T LARGE SOM OF MONEY BUT NEVER ERECEIVED ANY MONEY .. THE MOST RECENT TIME ITPOPPED UP WAS ABOUT 6 MONTH AG ... I HARDLY DOUBT THAT THIS FUND WAS LOST AN I WAS NEVER CONTACTED . cREDIT cONTROL bROADWAY NEW YORK WAS THE ORIGINAL LETTERI RECEIVED .. We have been trying to get results from BOA for 2 years also. They just keep sending us to another rep and have us faxing the same paperwork over and over and over. Both of the lawyers I have hired are not doing anythig also. We were with Countrywide then they were bought by B O A what a cluster ----.
Now they want to put my home up for sheriff sale due to an error by their stupid bank. No one ever wants to help you all they want you to to is roll over and get run over by Corporate America. All I want to do is pay my orogonial mortage which was supposed to be 836.00 which it was for 2 months then it went up to 1200.00 now they put it up to 1800.00. Nobody cares if you life in your car or have food or anything but thats ok as long as B O A executives have a place to live and do not take care of any thing else especially the little people in this world.

The past 2 yrs have been a nightmare and has devastated our family. We have had our home for 29yr. It has taken since 05/10 to get a resulting home modification only to have it help in no way at all. I have read in a Tulare County news paper, an editorial about habitat for humanity. How BofA is donating homes and giving grants to fix them. This gives BofA a generous tax break. My husband was at a financial seminar on Monday Sept. 10. He sat with complete strangers. There were 6.....3 had problems with BofA working on their modifications. That did not include us. Something sure is not fair in dealing with your customers to help instead of hurt. Where will we live, have our pets and spend time with our kids?

forgot to add, that after Carlton Saintil could not care less, I asked to speak to his manager, and of course---HE IS THE HIGHEST PERSON, I COULD TALK TO,,,,,yeah ok, he is so important, that no one else is needed, no one managing him, this is so ridiculous, plz Bank Of America, where is YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 12 YEARS NOW, IT MUST BE TIME TO SAY GOOD BYE AND GOOD RIDDENS.....I know no one will contact me, BUT at least I got to write it down, disgusted with the Bank I cld Mine.---Not for long

called and ?'d activity on my acct, advd prob with a stop payment, frt ln person, had no idea, wat I was refering to, asked to spk to her manager, (that was worse) Manager Kelly LaJoie, she was the Rudest, non caring, non apologetic person ever. She clearly had a "I don't care what u want ---attitude", it's as if, after explaining my situation 4x's, she did'nt hear a word I said, and wen asked for a corporate #, she said there was'nt one(yeah ok)so I waited on the phone for her manager, after 40mins---yes 40, Carlton Saintil-Her manager???, came to the phone, I advd him I was very upset, and again, same attitude, the problem was not Bank Of America, but MINE---asked him for corporate #--same answer---there is none, I am so frustrate with Bank of America, it's not even about the 35 dollar fee now, it's about How they THINK they can treat people, I'd like an email or call back, or gv me a # to call, this was so un-professional.
