Original Comment The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Within 24 hours I've made multiple calls and asked for multiple supervisor escalations. Can't wait to go buy a new phone with a different Carrier tomorrow! It's not cheap just convenient, but look out if you encounter an issue. <br /> M. Warren
