Original Comment Do not use this company. They're customer service is frighteningly incompetent--my guess is from too much beurocracy and too low an IQ. These people are incapable of problem solving - even if is there own. I am sorry that they are allowed to operate unchecked. You might as well be calling a large government office. They filled 6 months of prescriptions in a 5 week period - and even though it was a glitch and duplicated on their end - they are charging me. I have changed my HSA credit card so they cannot access my account. I will never use this company again and will file complaints with CIGNA HSA and my husband's company. They should be held accountable for good business practices. Horrible experience. Lesson learned -- never again.
