Original Comment Carnival has very bad cutomer service.<br /> What happened was the customer service person share with my wife and I that if we allowed them to include our flight in with the cruise package it would include the flight, Hotel, and overnight stay and transportation to the port and back from the port to the airport. After agreeing to it and we paid our monies, and when I was able to print out boarding passes I discovered the return transporation was not included as the customer service perosn had stayed on the phone.<br /> I then called them and all I was told was they could not help me. I asked to speak to manager and I was told I could not speak to a manager. May I ask why I cannot speak to a manager<br /> <br /> signed very upset. Will not traval with Carnival again
