Original Comment Alley and Nuvell financing has been running me around for the past three months over a 1000.00 payment I sent through western union to keep my vehicle from being repossessed. They released the vehicle to me after the payment and then three weeks later they contact me and state that the sent the money back to western union and I still owed the 1000.00 dollars. This is a sever problem that no one at alley will even address or acknowledge. I have tried to reach home office but they do not have numbers at any dept, collection, customer service, etc. to distribute to customers. (It takes me back to my professor in college, to create confusion is a great opportunity to make a lot of money). I do not know what to do with this type of company, we feel like we are doing business with the local pawn shop. PLEASE BEAWARE OF ALLY AND NUVELL FINACING! I will never do business with them again and with our buying power as consumers we have the capabilities to stop companies like this from taking advantage of future customers.
