Original Comment My family and I visited the Dairy Queen in Custer, South Dakota last week. As a fan of Dairy Queen for many years, I was appalled at the condition of this store. The place was crawling with flies. Booths and tables were sticky with dirt, floor filthy. The young man making drinks had a large open sore or burn on his arm which was not covered. Do you have any oversight on your franchises? This was an unpleasant experience.
